Putin, Trump negotiates on phone on Monday

Ushakov also revealed that US and Russia are getting ready for another conversation of hostage’s release, with 9 people anticipated to be given back from both sides.
He stated that "Exchanges of imprisoned citizens of the two countries were mentioned. The presidents noted that another such exchange, nine persons from each side, is currently being arranged."
